DataKey By Alethea brings over a decade of real estate preservation experience to the consultant world. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of Richmond, Virginia and, after recently been accepted as a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) Candidate from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), headquarters in Chicago, Illinois, Alethea F. Anthony, Real Estate Transaction Analyst decided to extend her 13 years of analytical and preservation expertise to owners of real property. Focusing primarily with preservation of real estate for future generations, Ms. Anthony developed and initiated the Preparatory Process for Real Estate Preservation [ppREp®] Program as an enhancement service to existing preparatory and disaster recovery plans.

Real Estate Transaction Analyst

Preservation begins and ends with evaluating an individual's real estate goals and overall objective. Utilizing effective time management and a history of strong communication experience, DataKey By Alethea works to support the planning and execution of real estate transactions for various agencies and institutions.

Preparation:  Evaluate goals and overall objective.
Examination:  Perform external inspection and review documents.
Acquisition: Purchase improved or unimproved real estate.
Execution:  Execute real estate transactions that supports objective.
Preservation:  Maintain and secure value beyond the structure.
Disposition:  Dispose of real estate for future generations.

End of Cycle. Re-evaluate goals and overall objective.

Pricing

Due to the nature of our business and personalization of the services we offer, DataKey By Alethea does not provide any pricing information on our website. Pricing is all based on individual, specific needs and request. Our ppREp® representatives will work with you to meet all your preservation needs and maximize savings. We do guarantee that you will get the best pricing and best service available.

All basic service fees are considered one-time setup fees chargeable on a flat fee basis. Basic service renewal fees are reverted to a pro-rated annual membership agreement. Consulting service fees are compensated on a hourly rate, negotiated prior to commencement of services. These services include, but are not limited to, real estate document preservation for ownership of commercial, government, and multiple residential properties; replacement and/or initial acquisition of real estate documents and, analyzing real estate transaction cycles.

Basic and consulting service fees do not include fees related to third-party service providers employed by DataKey By Alethea on a "sub-contractual" basis in the normal course of business. Customers will be billed directly by all third-party service providers and will be responsible for submitting payment directly to all third-party service providers prior to completion of any and all services by DataKey By Alethea.
